INED Seminar: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Dr. Lawrence Wong chaired monthly INED seminar on behalf of HKiNEDA on 17 Dec 2019.

Co-organised with KPMG, the seminar invited Katy Wong and Sean Cheng as the speakers to discuss the listing requirements, and to introduce the market trends in detail. They also reminded INED to pay attention to the strategic plans of senior management and the implementation of front-line employees. Cognitive gaps between enterprise risk management. Later, we invited Stephen Law, former MTR CFO, and Herbert Hui, former managing director of Fuji Xerox, to share their experience in dealing with ERM risks and communication skills with different stakeholders.
