Dr. Lawrence WONG Chi Wing successfully held a New Economy training class online in Cyberport, and discussed with more than 20 professionals online to study how to carry out digital transformation in the new economy era.

 

 

During the classroom, Dr. WONG first re-examined traditional management theories in the context of the new economy and lectured on how to integrate new technologies and business models into traditional management theories.

Then, Dr. WONG introduced a model of digital transformation, emphasizing the underlying two dimensions in detail. The two dimensions are 1. customer experience, internal operations and analysis models of digital capabilities 2. digital leadership’s vision changes, full participation, governance mechanisms and technology support.

Finally, Dr. WONG concluded with a detailed introduction of a successful digital transformation case of a top bank in China.
