Director's Responsibility and Internal Control Risk Seminar

Dr. Lawrence Wong represented HKINEDA as the Convener of the New Economics Task Force to participate in the “Director’s Responsibility and Internal Control Risk Seminar” in Hong Kong on 11 Dec 2018.

The seminar talked about how to respond correctly to internal control and corporate governance, SFC regulatory updates, and investigations of listed companies. With a more comprehensive understanding, we are considering holding related lectures at HKiNEDA.
