INED M6: INED Essentials Revision & Assessment

As the course director of HKiNEDA, Dr. Lawrence Wong conducted the INED Essentials Training M6: “INED Essentials Revision & Assessment” on 19 Mar 2020.

The Module 6 reviewed all the previous Five Modules about Corporate Governance, Onboarding Consideration and Preparation, Fiduciary Duty & Risk Essentials, Board of directors and various Board Committees, Key Concerns for INEDs and an Assessment at the end. INED Essentials Certificate will be awarded upon passing the class assessment.

The Training Program received many positive feedback. All modules were rated nearly 9 out of 10. Respondents were satisfied with the module contents, trainers and facilitation.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Essentials Training Program adopted hybrid learning arrangement, offering both onsite and online meetings. Through utilising new technologies, professionals can come in person to communicate directly with the INED Trainers or to participate online interactively by dial-in using Zoom. A full scale of online reaching would be in view of grim period. This flexible management is one of the key characteristics of New Economy and Technology in HKiNEDA.
