AdvisoryDr Lawrence Wong visited Tao Heung Culinary Institute, Central Kitchen and Museum in Dongguan with a group of business elites and business experts. Not only did they visit the culinary academy that trains chefs for national and overseas catering companies, but also witnessed the process of producing dim sum with running water and their food culture  museum.
Besides, Mr. Zhong Weiping, the founder of Daoxiang, met them in person and had dinner together. Not only did everyone enjoy the delicious food in the world, but also drink famous wine until late at night.
